Registration for Colorado Gold includes:

• A free pitch appointment with one of your top two choice agents, editors, or publishers. Space is limited; first registered, first scheduled. 
• A free open mic author reading of your work in progress to an audience of supportive peers. Space is limited; first listed, first to read. 
• Entry to the Saturday Night book sale and author signing.The Spicy Librarian bookstore will sell books for those unable to sell their own titles. Those who are able to sell their own titles will have the opportunity.. 
• Access to all open programming from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.
• Access to hotel amenities, including wireless internet as well as restaurant, lounges, and coffee shop.  Parking will be complimentary for all three days.
• Friday Afternoon Welcome Session with Guest Speaker: LS Hawker
• Friday night kickoff banquet with Keynote Speaker: Sarah MacLean
• Saturday afternoon luncheon with the Publishing Experts Panel
• Saturday night Colorado Gold Rush awards banquet with Keynote Speaker: Stephen Graham Jones
• Sunday brunch with Colorado Gold Rush Winners Reading

Meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch, Saturday evening, and Sunday brunch are included in the registration price, for the registrant only.  Guests can attend evening banquets for an additional fee. A  variety of lunch options are available on Friday for an additional fee at the hotel, or alternate locations. Saturday morning breakfast is not included but options will be available at the hotel for an additional fee. Coffee and tea service will be available.

RMFW PAA Members Only: Please note, there is a book signing on Saturday evening, immediately following the keynote speaker, and will be held from 8pm-10pm in a designated conference room. PAA members who are able to sell their own books will have the opportunity to do so. For the PAA members unable to sell their own books, the Spicy Librarian Bookstore will assist. This will be the only opportunity for book sales at conference. Additional details are in the registration form and will be followed up via email messaging.

Please note:

To get the member discount, you must become a paid member of RMFW before you register for the conference. If you join after registering, you will not be reimbursed for the difference between member and non-member pricing. 

The speaker lineup and schedule are subject to change. Please check the website and RMFW's newsletter and social media often. If an agent or editor to whom you were pitching cancels, please contact conference@rmfw.org to change your selections.
